    This is the body-based side of the work.

    While therapy helps you understand your patterns and relationships, these sessions focus on emotional regulation, nervous system support, and reconnecting with your body.

    They are guided by my partner, TJ, whose calm and grounded approach comes from years of dedicated meditation and yin yoga practice, alongside his lived experience of neurodivergence.

    Together, these approaches support both insight and real, embodied change in everyday life.
