  • Hi, I’m Neus — psychologist, partner, and mother — passionate about helping people build more connected, conscious relationships.

I’m a Doctor in Clinical Psychology with over 15 years of experience supporting children, individuals, couples, and families. My work blends evidence-based approaches with a warm, intuitive style, and is grounded in both clinical expertise and lived experience.

Alongside therapy, I’ve worked in research, teaching, and academic supervision, both in Barcelona and the UK. I’ve also taken on leadership roles to support healthcare professionals and improve the quality of mental health services.

Throughout my career, I’ve specialised in ADHD and autism, combining rigorous training, research in the field, clinical practice (including assessments) and teaching for postgraduates. Neurodiversity is also part of my personal life, which gives me a real-world, compassionate understanding of the challenges and growth it can bring — especially in relationships.

I believe relationships are one of the most powerful arenas for healing. Whether you want to understand yourself better, shift long-standing patterns, or reconnect with your partner, I offer a space where you don’t have to perform or pretend — just show up as you are. It’s never too late to change the way you love.

  • Credentials & Affiliations

I combine more than two decades of research, clinical experience and teaching with a deep belief in the power of relational healing.

“We worked with Neus several years ago during a very challenging moment for our family. Our son had just been diagnosed with dyslexia and was struggling deeply with his self-esteem. Neus helped us better understand his emotional world and find more aligned ways to support him as parents. To this day, we still refer to the tools she shared with us — they’ve stayed with us over time. When we recently thought about seeking support again, she was the first person who came to mind.”
