Meet Aiora
My name is Aiora Zurutuza. I am a General Health Psychologist with training in relational therapy and in the field of neurodivergence. In particular, I have had the pleasure of working with the neurodivergent community for the past eight years.
My work focuses on evidence-based knowledge and supporting people through warmth and connection. In practice, I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children, as well as with couples and families.
Currently, I am part of a small research team, where I enjoy the space in which academic work meets fieldwork or practical work.
Finally, due to my academic interests and trajectory, I have also supported individuals from the LGBTQ+ community.

Meet T.J.
Yin Yoga Teacher Trainer & Neuro-Mindfulness Practitioner
TJ brings a calm, grounded presence and a deeply embodied understanding of emotional regulation. His work focuses on helping people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their Nervous System, and develop a more sustainable relationship with themselves through meditation and Yin Yoga.
T.J.'s approach complements psychological work by supporting change not just through insight, but through direct, daily experience.
Credentials & Affiliations
- TJ is a senior yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) and founder of YUJMU a Yoga Alliance registered school (RYS200), with over 20 years of experience teaching art, yoga, and meditation to both adults and children.
- His own training includes over 500 hours of yoga certification across yin, restorative, and meditation-based practices, alongside Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and long-form meditation retreats.
- He is also a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) and has trained students internationally through his teacher trainings and programs.
- TJ’s work integrates yin yoga, meditation, and nervous system awareness into a practical and accessible approach that supports emotional regulation, particularly for those who feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or disconnected from their bodies.
- Alongside his professional training, TJ brings lived experience to his work. He was diagnosed with ADHD in 2024 (at the age of 46), after many years of intuitively developing ways to regulate through movement, stillness, and creative practice. This perspective informs his interest in neurodivergence and his ability to work with a wide range of nervous systems in a grounded and compassionate way.
- Together, our work bridges psychological understanding and body-based practice—supporting both insight and real, embodied change in everyday life.
