• RELATE Lab

An ONLINE space to experiment, learn & grow in neurodiverse relationships

  • Why RELATE?

Many people in neurodiverse relationships feel like they are the only ones navigating these dynamics.
    You read about neurodiversity.

You understand more about each other.

And yet daily life can still feel surprisingly difficult.
    Misunderstandings repeat.

    Small things escalate.

Both partners try — and still feel stuck.
Often the hardest part is feeling like you are figuring this out alone.

    What Is RELATE?

Relate is an ONLINE guided space where people in neurodiverse relationships can learn, experiment and reflect together.
Each month Relate will give you:
    • Topic voting, so we focus on what matters most to you
    • One live, thoughtful teaching session about the monthly chosen topic
    • Practical exercises you can try in real life
    • A structured discussion space to get feedback, support, ideas.

    Who Is RELATE for?

    Relate is for people who:
    • Are in a neurodiverse relationship

    • Feel stuck in repeating relational patterns

    • Want practical ways to navigate differences

    • Would benefit from hearing how other couples experience similar challenges
You can join even if your partner does not participate.
    Understanding alone rarely changes relationships.
Real change happens through practice, reflection and support over time.
Relate is designed to create a space where people can explore these dynamics together.
