All content is based on Yin Yoga, a style of Yoga that is all floor based poses with advanced inner awareness techniques of recognizing and releasing muscle tension.

The overall experience over 5 consecutive days is discovering a natural ease in your body and mind.

This course retrains the Nervous System to settle into the Rest & Restore mode (Parasympathetic), a much more deeply relaxed state that stays with you through your day for days and even weeks after the course (much longer if you continue to practice).
