- You and your partner would like to develop a unified approach to parenting, resolve conflicts, and support each other in your role as parents.
Sessions for Couples
These sessions are for you if:
- You would like to improve communication skills and foster better understanding.

Incorporating my additional training in a variety of therapeutic approaches, I use an integrative approach that adapts to the specific needs of each individual.
I primarily rely on theories & techniques from Existential Psychotherapy, Family Therapy and other Third Generation Therapies such as:
- Mindfulness
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
This combination allows me to offer empathetic & aligned support on the path to personal growth and emotional well-being.

I am a Doctor in Clinical psychology with extensive expertise in therapeutic work with adults, couples & families.
Additionally I have an academic work track record which includes experience in research, teaching and academic supervision.
I also have a professioinal background in neurodiversity, especially in the diagnosis and support for individuals with ADHD and Autism.
Finally I have served in leadership roles to improve healthcare service quality with supervision & support of healthcare professionals.
